  1. Hello Kortney,

Your group's mind map is well done. The branching does an effective job at representing the standards for educators. The effort your team put in on providing examples was admirable as you guys included a plethora of examples instead of the minimum requirement of one per each standard. The simple background that you guys chose also did a good job at not working as a distraction. Finally, those visuals that did exist were effective at accompanying the information. All of you did very well.

  2. Hi Kortney! I like how organized the mind map is because it has a brief description of the standard and examples implemented for educators to provide meaningful instruction. Your group did a great job applying specific examples to the ISTE standards for students. For example, relating the plot diagram to the creative communicator to connect it to writing standards or ELA standards as they can use the plot diagram to help reading comprehension. Thank you for sharing creative ideas!

  3. Hello Miss Kourtney!
You and your group had a great PowerPoint. It was very neat and easy to follow. Your mind map touched on each of the educator standards and had excellent examples. In standard 2.1 for students, I liked how you spoke about students talking about how to interact with others online. I think it is also important to include digital rules into the daily norms which can also include safe websites and safe digital interactions. The example activities you gave for some of the student standards were really great. I liked the Globe Project example for 1.7. It reminds me of the state and country project I did in Elementary School, however, there were very few pieces of technology we used, and more of books. This example is definitely more modern and would do well in Elementary school.
    Great job ladies!
